Current scholarships available

Our international exchange programs and the scholarships that are available to apply for:

Students and staff are welcome with applications. Below is specific information for each program.

When UCS has reopened for applications, the following decision from the President´s Faculty  applies:

  • In order for Enskilda Högskolan Stockholm/University College Stockholm to grant a scholarship, the following applies:
  • The public health authority’s/government’s restrictions must allow travel to the country in question and again without quarantine requirements
  • Restrictions in the country in question must allow entry (without quarantine) and, where required, a vaccination pass must be at hand.

Scholarships may not be awarded to countries the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against traveling to.

However, it is fine to assess applications and announce that students are qualified for a scholarship. Students receive a preliminary notification so that scholarships can be granted quickly if the situation allows. A final decision will only come when the above points have been met.

ERASMUS+ IN EUROPE Call 2023 – 2025 Scholarships to apply for

EHS has been granted 25 mobilities divided into the following categories:

  • Student mobilities for studies, 1 semester/year, 12 left
  • Student mobilities, for training 10 weeks/week, 6 left
  • Staff mobilities for training, 5 days/week, 4 left
  • Teacher mobility for teaching, 5 days/week, 3 left

Exchange can take place during HT23, VT24, HT24, VT25

Application students:
The application must contain:

a) Name
b) Education program you are studying at EHS
c) How much you have studied at EHS
d) Where, when and what you wish to study through Erasmus/Where, when and what you wish to practice if you apply for a training mobility.
e) A personal letter why you are applying for Erasmus studies or training

Only applications with information as above via email to bjorg.farstad@ehs.se  will be considered.

Students
Here we have funds for student exchange for studies (studies are one semester and training is ten weeks).

Teacher
We have funds for teacher exchange for teaching and training and funds for training for staff and administrative staff. Teaching or training must during this period be a minimum of 2 days + travel days. In the application, it is calculated 5 days per mobility. If you are on exchange for teaching for a week, the requirement is 8 hours of teaching. You can combine teaching and training. Then the requirement is four hours of teaching in a week.

Period and partners
These funds must be applied for and used during autumn 2023, spring 2024, autumn 2024 and spring 2025. Training for students can be done with organizations or companies that do not have their own Erasmus charter. Then we write an agreement just like we do with other internships. Exchange for studies or teaching must be done with another party that has a charter. If there is no agreement, we can contact them and ask to write an agreement. This must be done before the exchange takes place. We have completed agreements with some schools. You see these here under Erasmus partners.

ERASMUS+ IN EUROPE Call 2024 – 2026 Scholarships to apply for

EHS has been granted 24 mobilities divided into the following categories:

  • Student mobilities for studies, 1 semester/year, 6 left
  • Student mobilities, for training 10 weeks/week, 6 left
  • Staff mobilities for training, 2-5 days/week, 6 left
  • Teacher mobility for teaching, 5 days/week, 6 left

Exchange can take place during HT24, VT25, HT25, VT26

Application students:
The application must contain:

a) Name
b) Education program you are studying at EHS
c) How much you have studied at EHS
d) Where, when and what you wish to study through Erasmus/Where, when and what you wish to practice if you apply for a training mobility.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE Erasmus+ SCHOLARSHIP?

All our teachers can apply for Erasmus+ teaching and training. Administrative staff can also apply for Erasmus+ training.

All our students can apply for Erasmus+ regardless of nationality.

Applications are processed continuously as long as the scholarships are available.
