Public lecture series in Ecclesiology: “Public Ecclesiology” by Dr Michael Hjälm

The next lecture in the Sankt Ignatios lecture series on Ecclesiology will be given by Dr. Michael Hjälm at 1pm (CET) on Thursday April 22nd and is entitled Public Ecclesiology. In his lecture Dr Hjälm will tentatively suggest ways in which we can distinguish between Political Theology, Public Theology, and Public Ecclesiology, and about the best ways to conduct research in these disciplines. He will focus particularly on the area of Public Ecclesiology.

These lectures are compulsory for Pastoral-pedagogical, Religious Educator program students, MA students in Eastern Christian Studies and MA students in International Relations and Ecumenism, but we encourage all of our students to take part. Students will be able to find the link to the lecture on Canvas.
