The master’s program in human rights comprises four semesters of study at an advanced level. The first three semesters consist of taught courses. (From the autumn semester 2020, some of these courses will be given in English). During the fourth semester, students research and write a master’s thesis of 30 credits. Students who successfully complete the program receive a master’s degree in human rights, (120 credits). After graduation, it is also possible to take an internship (worth 30 credits) as a free-standing course.

Magister’s Program Autumn Term 2020

The magister’s program comprises two semesters of advanced level studies in human rights. From the autumn semester 2020, some of the introductory courses will be given in English. The second semester ends with a magister’s thesis of 15 credits. A completed program leads to a magister’s degree in human rights (60 credits). After graduation, it is possible to take an internship course (30 credits) as a free-standing course.
