Cookie policy

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser or device and contains information.

There are two types of cookies:

  • One type, persistent cookies, saves a file that remains on your device. This file can be used, for example, to make it easier for you as a visitor to use the website according to your preferences and interests. They remain until they reach their expiry date.
  • The second type is called a session cookie, which is temporarily stored by the browser while you are on the website. These session cookies disappear when you close your browser. No personal information such as e-mail or name is saved.

Both types of cookies are used on ehs.se.

Opt out of cookies

As a visitor, you can choose which cookies you accept during your visit. However, the website has a number of essential cookies that are needed for it to function. These are only used within the website and are not used to track you or share your data.

If you as a visitor do not accept necessary cookies, you can turn off the cookies function completely via your browser settings. You can also set your browser to warn you every time the website tries to save a cookie on your computer.

If you do not want cookies to be stored on your computer, you can disable this function in your browser settings. No cookies will then be stored.

For general information on cookies and the Electronic Communications Act, see the website of the National Post and Telecom Agency.
